CMC Marine confirms its intention to grow and invest in the US market with the arrival of a Managing Director for the company’s American office, which was opened in 2019 and is now a strategic gateway to the US market.
For CMC Marine, North America is a particularly relevant market, so much so that already hundreds of vessels equipped with its systems are cruising in U.S. waters. This is also why the company continues to focus on the growth of the Fort Lauderdale office born in 2019, which is increasingly strategic to reach local owners and understand the specific requirements of customers with different needs to those in Europe.
As part of this process, Raffaele Invrea has been appointed Managing Director of CMC Marine’s US business. Invrea is Italian by birth but American by adoption (he has lived in the United States for over 20 years) and for over 15 years was General Manager of major US company Sea Recovery (Danfoss Group and then Parker), world leader in seawater desalinators, handling global management and international business development.
A yacht enthusiast, the new Managing Director of CMC Marine has gained specific experience in the international yachting market, resulting in a profound understanding of the industry and a consolidated network of personal contacts with business managers.
Alessandro Cappiello, founder and CEO of CMC Marine said: “I’m very pleased with this important new addition to our management team because, along with the staffing of the US office, it represents a milestone in the development process launched in 2019. With his experience and in-depth knowledge of the market, Raffaele Invrea will help us grow CMC Corp. and accelerate the expansion of the CMC brand in the United States too.”
